Our programmes are tailored
to the unique needs of working fathers

While historically mothers might have got most of the attention when it comes to the challenge of balancing family and work, there is a growing recognition that working fathers also struggle to juggle their responsibilities and aspirations.

Which is why we’ve had programmes to help working fathers since 2006:

  • Learn strategies and skills to combine parenting with corporate responsibilities
  • Gain a relevant and supportive network within their organisation
  • Tackle taboos around men asking for flexible working and positively frame those conversations with managers and organisations
  • Talk openly about the issues of being a working father and how to address them

Our programmes recognise that working fathers face similar issues in combining their dual roles, and are structured to reduce their stress and the difficulty of dealing with competing demands.

As a result fathers find it easier to manage and combine their roles so that they are more productive, satisfied and efficient in both areas.
